Refund policy

Refunds are only made if the item has been broken in transit.
We offer replacements for faulty items.

These replacements may take up to 6 months to fulfil due to the nature of the high end jewellery companies.

We do not accept returns or exchanges of any body jewellery due to the sensitive nature of hygiene and pathogens on used items.
